I bought my Blackberry Bold 9790 in May 2012, with Fido provider. Since Feb.-March 2013, I had problem with my battery.
At first, the battery lasted for almost a week. Now, I can't go one day without having to charging it.
- I have only data plan for BBM
- I don't use it to listen to music
- I only charged it when the orange bar comes up for the battery (Orange bar won't last more than 12h)
- I use it basically only for texting (less than 50 message texts by day, on average)
How come, with this use I do of my Blackberry, it can't last more than one day? + Blackberry said to me that the battery is not covered by the warranty and won't change it.
What can I do to have a new battery, free of charge?
