Took out a contract with Vodafone, for these services. Which I previously had this service. But took contract out to fix the pricoffer 12 months. Vodafone, are having difficulty in transferring my original number over on this contract, when contacted. They say BBM, is activated however on my phone I have not been ale to use BBM for 2 weeks, as it just keeps giving the red 'x' as a a error mesage. They say to reset bbm, how do I do this? But they cant support me technically to do this.
i was previously using bbm on this phone when it was on pay as you go.

You have to contact vodafone again and ask them if your account is properly provisioned with BIS ,If they ( Vodafone ) say they have already provisioned that on your account then ask them to reset your BIS account on there server .
