Big Big problems in Australia

Hi all,

I need absolutely your help.

I am from Italy and at this moment I working in Australia: never have problems here with my BB in the past.

But now from more of 1 week I can't receive email, can't send email, BBM don't working, WA also.

No surfer on the web: there is no Internet Connection.

Only phone call and SMS.

Vodafone Italy say that the problem is Australia Network, Australia say that the problem depend from Uk but nobody give me a solution. You understand that in this situation I can't work.

My BB is connected to the Server only if I'm under WiFi. From Italy they check that all the settings are correct.

Anybody can give me an explanation or a solution?

To BB responsable: my companay have more of 100 BB.

Do you want that we change phone provider?
