Carrier: MTS UA
SW version: 220.127.116.114
I bought it more than 1 year ago in Ottawa, Canada and never used it there (it was a gift from father ).
All receipts were lost during movement from Canada to Ukraine.
Now i'd like to use BIS services.
Seems like BIS is activated succesfully (EDGE is in capital), but still cannot set-up mailboxes.
When i'm trying to register on https://mtsua.blackberry.com with my own pin and imei code error message says "your account is deactivated, please contact support".
Trying to open same page from BB device - nothing happenes, just empty page.
Our support cannot solve this issue, so they pointed me to RIM support.
Could you please check if this device is in blacklist (or greylist) and advise me how to solve this issue?
If the device is in a black list, I do not understand the reason for that, since it has not been stolen nad I've never used bis before
