With reference to the above captioned subject, we need your support as my device is non functionable completely past 15 days.
Also we bring to your note that the same has been purchased by the undersigned less then a year.
The device is completely blank and does not start at all after charging also.
We request you to guide us on the same.

If your device is not starting, it could be a battery issue. Li-Ion batteries, which are used in BlackBerry devices, are known to just give up all of a sudden as opposed to slowly fading away.
The first thing to try would be a different battery. If the new one does not power up your phone, you should call AT&T for warranty replacement or repair.
