Please , please could you help me, i have tried registering the device on the host routing table, no success. the phone worked fine until mid december, then suddenly wouldnt get emails etc, if i use the sim in an older phone I have its fine. I have begged, etc my provider Cell C and they have tried to help, but it is not working. Regards Adrian

Its your Carrier who is responsible for those services , if your Carrier is unable to register and resend those Service Book , you can ask them for the reason behind it they can tell you .
Also Is that a Used device that you bought or a new one from your Carrier !
