bpdulla, is there any chance you're on a BES or corporate BlackBerry with an IT Policy that might disable use of AppWorld?

I am on a corporate BB but I had been using app world. 

 

I was finally able to get it downloaded via direct connection to my home laptop.  The USB connection didn't work with my work-laptop. 

 

working fine now and can download apps.

I've recently updated blackberry app world and also blackberry messenger. Both of the icons have disappeared off my home screen. I've searched for it in device > application management and its there. I have tried downgrading bbm to an older version previously as advised and it still won't work!!! I'm using blackberry torch.

Using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install again.

Good time of day!
I have a problem with your site. I tried to download pdf reader application for BlackBerry from your site but when I put my login and password to the system (I tried to do all these operations using the browser of my smartphone) I got an error that told me the page was too heavy and my browser crashed.
When I tried to repeat all these operations using my PC, I failed again because it's completely unclear how to download and install applications for BlackBerry from your site using PC. I've managed to upload music on the smartphone from the PC using BlueTooth, but I can't download any application for Blackberry from your site.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I tried to read manuals before writing this letter and found such bug:
On this page - http://ru.blackberry.com/support/smartphones/blackberry-curve-9300/os6.html - hyperlink "Найти приложение" (http://docs.blackberry.com/ru/smartphone_users/deliverables/25357/Find_or_hide_an_app_icon_60_112253... returns HTTP Status 410 and the page is unavailable. The same problem is with FAQ - http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/BlackBerry%20App%20World%20Frequently%20Asked%20Questions.pdf (404 error).
