when i try to add new application by using blackberry appworld the below error massage appeared
BlackBerry App World requires that your device radio is turned on to continue.
BlackBerry 9530 with v18.104.22.1688.
I have checked Pakistan in this page. http://www.blackberry.com/app_includes/devicesoftw
All connections are on and active and the signal is GSM.
By the way my mobile operator does not offer BB services to prepaid users. I have to convert it to postpaid.
I was downloading repligo reader from the appworld.

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
In order to use BlackBerry World without a BlackBerry service plan that includes internet browsing, you need to be connected to Wi-Fi using BlackBerry World 3.1.
Let me know if you have any questions.
