I am having difficulty with my blackberry bold 9790. I just installed the blackberry desktop software and it kept asking me for my password, which I don't recall. (I have had the phone for a while, but just downloaded the BB software). I tried to check for the password on my blackberry phone, but had no luck in retrieving it.
So I selected the option, reset password, which I did from my laptop, and after my first attempt at resetting the password, I still couldn't access it. (neither phone nor desktop). As a result, I reset the password again and it is still not working.
I now only have ONE last password attempt on my BB cell with this warning "Last Attempt. Information will be erased on failure!"
What do I do?
