BlackBerry Bold - Desktop Sync with MS Outlook 2011 (Install 14.3.1)

I have moved mail, calendar and contacts over to Microsoft Outlook for 2011. As of right this minute I don't get any synch functions whatsover. Perhaps I need to disable/trash Entourage? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks - I've completed step 1 (turing in sync services) and will try step 2 (connecting my BB and runing a sync) when I get home tonight.

Ran into a problem - said that the synch failed and I should consult KB19454. I will, but next steps in your view?

Definitely follow the steps in that KB article, www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB19454

 

It will have 7 steps to get the synchronization working again.
