I have a customer with a BB Bold.
It's a very nice device but there seems to be a problem with connectivity.
When my customer is making a phone call, the connection sometimes cuts off.
It seems like it only happens when changing to another antenna. (mobile network)
Does anyone know a solution to fix this?

Does it happen even the coverage is 100% ?
Such situations may happen in areas where is not good coverage, like in buildings, subways, etc
