BlackBerry Bridge

I unistalled BB Bridge from my phone and I go to reinstall it again and I do the steps it says on my playbook and when it opens up in app world, there is no download button, just a get support button. I have gone to my settings and then to applictions and it is not there. Why can't I reinstall? HELP!!!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Please try clearing your BlackBerry App World™ storefront cache then removing and reinserting your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8530 smartphone battery. Then please open BlackBerry App World and try to download BlackBerry® Bridge™ app again.
