BlackBerry Curve 8330 problem opening attachments

I have not encountered any problems opening attachment on my BlackBerry Curve before, but recently I have been receiving this error message "More request cannot be completed.  Service book information not found".  Does anyone know what "Service book information not found" mean.  What is the "Service book" and how can I fix "information not found"??

Re: BlackBerry Curve 8330 problem opening attachments

log into your BIS account and resend service books or use email settings on your BB to push service books.

if you are on BlackBerry server, have your IT re-push service books for you.
