BlackBerry Curve 9380 Rebooting

Hello,

My Blackberry Curve 9380 keeps full rebooting, there is no virus's or anything. Sometimes it comes up with something saying theres a problem with the memory card then repairs it. But why does it keep force rebooting? There is no software of dates either Smiley Sad

Thanks

Re: BlackBerry Curve 9380 Rebooting

Hello JenniR

Your Blackberry restarting fallen in death or is nuked ...

I recommend if you know is to do a wipe the blackberry then a factory reset.

You must have installed BBASK to do this from your PC.
Download the latest OS for your 9860.
Having installed the Destokp Manager installed.
