BlackBerry Desktop Software has stopped working

My Desktop manager hasn't worked since November. I have been through the forums and tried any relevant regarding the problem below. I have tried deleting the software cleaning my folder and files and reinstalling it several times but still can't get it to work. It doen not work because it's piece of sh..t!!
My Ripple stopped working. It's opening as web browser, no menus, cannot choose device. Nothing.

I was trying to reinstall everything. And nothing. Now I understand why there is not many apps for BB and why this company is going down. They should just disappear from the planet
