I have setup the desktop software and am trying to sync my Outlook calendar for the first time. Above message appears although I have an internet connection. Assume it has to do with firewall settings, but do not know what to do?

Thanks- have disabled both the Firewall and the Anti-Virus, but it still gives the same problem. Could there be another solution?
