BlackBerry Desktop crashing on sync with outlook calendar

Hello,

I am using BBD 7.0.0.43 and Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 32bit. Every time I sync the BB-Device, the Desktop Software freezes while the calendar is syncing. In the Desktop_xxx.log there is find on this time the line Rim.Desktop.Services.Device|0|[DatabaseAccess::GetDatabaseRecordSmiley TongueIN:0x........] GetDatabaseRecord for several times.

Has anybody an idea?

Best regards - Jan

Re: BlackBerry Desktop crashing on sync with outlook calendar

Hi,

I don't know the Outlook Connector!? I use BB Desktop with the build in function to sync with Outlook. I still tried your solution with adding a new pst file: it doesn't help (I don't sync against the new file).

Here are the last entries from Desktop.log:

Re: BlackBerry Desktop crashing on sync with outlook calendar

first uninstall your BDM, restart your PC/LAPTOP, then install again, right click "Run As Administrator" after that,

Go to C://Program File>Common Files>Research In Motion>AppLoader, then deleted "Vendor.xml"

and try to sync again
