BlackBerry ID Username and Password

When I inittially purchased my phone, I created a BlackBerry ID Username with my college email address. However, I accidently left out two letters on the email (unknowingly). After a few weeks, I went to download an app, but I forgot my password.

 

When I went to log on, I noticed the log-on email address that was associated with the ID was missing two letters. I went ahead and selected "forgot password", I answered the security question. I notified me that an email has been sent to the email address. BUT THAT EMAIL ADDRESS DOESN'T EXIST!

 

I went to BlackBerry.com to figure out how to change the email address so that I can receive the "Change Password" email. Well, the only way to change the email address is to Log On and then manually change it.

 

As you can see my delima, I cannot Log On because I forgot my password, and I cannot change my password because the email address associated with the ID doesn't exist.

 

I cannot contact BlackBerry either because I cannot find a number or email associated with this issue.

 

Please Help!

You indeed are in a difficult situation...if you had not initiated that password reset, then you could actually have changed the email address associated to your BBID. But, now that you have reset the password, you are indeed stuck, and I fear that none of the automated methods can work in your situation.

 

Nevertheless, please see this "sticky" post for helpful information concerning your BBID situation, as it includes the method for you to seek formal in-person support to try and fix this issue (if such is even possible):
