My Curve 9300 is unable to connect to Blackberry ID. When I sign in I get the error "Unable to connect with BlackBerry ID", and I am unable to download any apps.
dat is working, as I am able to received enterprise email, browse the internet etc,

With those error message words, I find no exact matches...are you sure that is the exact and complete error message? In any event, your searching of the public KBs may be more fruitful than mine:
Also, since you say you are on BES, you should check with your BES admins to ensure that they are not restricting this function.
