BlackBerry ID

I registered for BlackBerry ID, but now I cannot download any apps. When I try to login, I get an error message : An error has occurred. Please try again later

 

However, I can login on a PC, Please help. If the problem persists how can I remove the BlackBerry ID, so that I can download apps to my phone again? This problem is EXTREMELY frustrating and I'd rather do with the **bleep** BlackBerry ID!

Hello zeta_dee,

 

Sounds like your hitting a known issue with App World currently, here are some articles which should help you.

 

KB25882 - An error has occurred. Please try again later.

Thank you! Resaved the time although it was in the correct time zone and it worked! Go figure
