I am having a similar problem. I could not log in with my BlackBerry ID, and my secret answer is somehow wrong although I am certain it is correct. I have received no support so far from RIM. Anyone familiar with this problem or knows a way around this? I am unsure of what to do next after having my account locked because I am unable to enter both my password and secret answer.
