BlackBerry Id trouble

Hello all!


I purchased a blacberry for my brother for Christmas. 

We set-up the Blackberry id, but I put in the wrond email.

His email is one letter off from the email I acciently put in.

So now we can't get it set up or change the password because we didn't put the correct email in.


If I try and do a password reset, the link gets sent to the wrong email.


What can I do???

You will need to create a new BBID with the correct email. The downside is that you will need to re-login with the new BBID and to do that you need to wipe the device. Here is a link that will help:
