BlackBerry Internet Service: not connected

Hi,
As the subject reads, I am not connected to the BlackBerry Internet Services.

As suggested in some of the earlier posts on the forum, I checked if the data services was "on". It was.

I also ran a diagnostics test and the report reads the following:

Signal Level: -84dBm
Radio Access: EDGE

Network: AirTel
.

.

BlackBerry Registration: No

Connected to BlackBerry: Abort
BlackBerry PIN-PIN: Abort
.

.

What do I do next? I have been using my BlackBerry for about 18 months now and this is the first time that I have had problems connecting to the internet service. I am subscribed to the monthly plan for blackberry services.

Any assistance would be much appreciated
Thanks a bunch!
