BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS)

Since i upgraded my OS my BIS is always off which means im unable to access my mobile internet, my emails and bbm but i always subscribe with my wireless provider. Therefore i ask how can my problem be solved. I have went to my network provider and they said there was nothing they could do. Please Help

If you go to your Manage Connections screen, can you turn on your mobile network connection?

 

I'd also suggest you get a SIM card swap from your mobile provider.

Hi, I did as you instructed but im still expiriencing the same problem, right now my BIS is off.

IF U HAVE WHATSAPP INSTALLED ON YOUR PHONE, IT COULD BE ONE OF THE FACTORS.TRY DELETING THE WHATSAPP FROM YOUR PHONE AND LET ME KNOW WAT HAPPENS

I went to my network provider and changed my simcard as well as turning of my Network connectivity.

please send me the steps on how i should do that?

currently thats the only instant message that im using so what happen if there is no change, how am I going to regain it coz i cannot access the internet as well.

Dere wil b changes once u delete whatsapp cos it happend to my storm 2 n I had to delete whatsapp, installed again and got the same problem . So I finally deleted whatsapp
If u r woried u may not browse with your phone when u delete whatsapp, u can download whatsaoo via d web from ur computer using a usb cable.

so you dont have whatsapp on your device?
