BlackBerry Memory

I'm noticing that on my BlackBerry Torch every few seconds the little timer clock spins in a circle and the BlackBerry freezes. I made sure I closed most applications, but it keeps doing it. How do I get it to stop?

Thanks.

Re: BlackBerry Memory

Hi there,

Have you tried a battery pull yet?  With the device on, simply remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, reinsert and wait for the phone to reboot.  This will often resolve such issues.
