My wife and I have BlackBerry Curves and recently started using Messenger. I noticed that my wife was was receiving the emails below
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
I uninstalled and reinstalled BlackBerry Software and now the messages do not appear, but when my wife responds to an email via her BlackBerry, her Microsoft Outlook now shows she responded to an email and preceeds the subject of the email with FW. I don't get any of these messages and would like to know if there is somewhere to correct her forwarded messages on BlackBerry from appearing in her Outlook?

Reason : You have installed Desktop Manager using the 'Desktop Redirector' option.
Step 1: If you're not using Redirector, you should uninstall Desktop Manager and then reinstall it using the BlackBerry Internet Service option.
Step 2: On your device, go to: Options > Advanced > Service Book, and delete all service books for [Desktop]
