Hi there ,

As I told you have to call or contact your Carrier ( One to whom you pay your monthly Mobile Bills ) and let them activate those BlackBerry Data Plans / BIS on your account to enjoy most BlackBerry applications. Your Carrier know about those BlackBerry plans. So get in touch with them .
