The "A" key on my PlayBook keyboard has never worked properly, and now has stopped working completely, and has actually come loose: I can't snap it back in... so I guess a warranty repair is in order... but I can't find any information on how to do a warranty repair or replacement. Do I return the device to the retailer or do I deal directly with RIM in some manner?
