BlackBerry Premium Multimedia Headset Problem

Hello:

 

I own the BlackBerry Premium Multimedia Headset (the one with track/volume controls) and I am not sure how or why but one of the black plastic/foam ear buds fell off of the headset as did one of the "Blackberry logo" plates that go on the outside of the earbuds.

 

I would GREATLY appreciate it if RIM would replace these for me.

I have had mine since May and that has never happened to me. I doubt RIM would replace them because they "fell off" but you never know what can happen.

 

Did you save the extra logo plates that came with it? Mine had 3 sets.

 

There some sites that sell replacment parts. Ebay has them too at times.

I have the same problem, and I can't find the replacement plates anywhere. So if anyone knows where I can get them please tell me.
