It could just be some Protect server issues right now since others on another carrier are having the same issue.
You can login via the PC to Protect and see your data there?

Indeed, I can. Shame I cannot access it directly via the web interface.
I noticed the last backup was the 3rd of June at 5PM so musta failed the next day. I normally have it backing up daily.
