The email setup wizard displays the option to Enterprise Activate on a BlackBerry smartphone provisioned BlackBerry Internet Service only. The technical solution centre says that this only happens if the device software version is between 4.2 and 4.7.1. But software version on my BlackBerry is 5. What do I do?

If your only option is to setup Enterprise account email, then you need to call your service provider and subscribe the BlackBerry Data Plan on your account. A generic data plan won't work.
