BlackBerry Travel generating NDRs



One of my users has a BlackBerry Curve 9315 with BlackBerry Travel installed.  He said for the past week or so, he's been receiving NDRs from BB Travel.


The NDR says --

"The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:  tbbcatch@tomcat-parsing-01.prod.worldmate.com....The email account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to."


Is anyone else experiencing this?  What could be causing this, and how do we fix it?  Thanks in advance for any insight!
