I own a Bold 9930. I need to download an app for my vehicle. When I click on the BlackBerry App World icon, it says "To continue using BlackBerry App World, you must upgrade your current version. For more information, please visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/support." Below that is an "Upgrade" button. When I click on it, it takes me to the BlackBerry World page where an "Upgrade today" button is displayed. When I click on that button, the following message appears: "Sorry, your session has expired. Please close all of your browser windows and then return to the welcome page again." However, I did not have any browser windows open. Please help. Thanks
