My email address on BBID is no longer valid, I made a new BBID with new email address.

My question is: how to apply my new BBID in my smartphone (BB Bold), because it always ask about my old email address with the password that no longer valid.

Thank you for your help to resolve this.

Which Bold model you have ? 


First do a backup of yor device using Desktop Software then follow this KB to resolve your issue :
