This is actually a setting determined by your cellular phone company and not
something you can set on directly on your phone options.
This works for most phones:
First, you need to know what your voice mail number is (this is the number
that calls transfer to if you don't answer the call or if you are on the phone).
Say for example here, to retrieve your voice mail you dial 14045551234. You may have a quick dial voice mail number like 321. This can also work with this setting, but it can fail at times.
Once you know your voicemail number, here's what you do: Go back to the
Type *61*voicemailnumber**NUM# and hit send.
(Replace "voicemailnumber" with your voicemail number and replace NUM
with the number of seconds you wish to wait until forwarding to voicemail.
NUM must be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30.)
So, if my voicemail number is 14045551234 and I want a 20 second delay, I'd
do this: *61*14045551234**20# and press SEND.
Hope that helps
