good afternoon all,
Not sure if this is a problem for any other users of the 8520 handsets but..........
We have recently brought about 8 new 8529 handsets to use within our company network (our email client is Notes currently). Anyway I'm trying to activate all 8 handsets and to a device 7 are not activating. All the SIMs have been provisioned for data, we have anough spare licences on the BES to accomodate the new handsets. The eigth and final handset will start to activate but stops dead at 11%. Yet i can still see the inbox populate with emails from our Notes setup.
Any ideas please?
