Blackberry 9300 Curve 3G problem.

I have used 9 attemps for my blackberry's password and i don't remember it. What can I do to not block the movil. Please help Smiley Wink

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

It depends on exactly which password you are talking about.

If you are talking about the user-created device lock password, then there is no way to avoid a complete WIPE of your BB. Only the password you created can succeed.

On the other hand, if you are talking about your BB ID password, that would be something else, and will not result in a device WIPE.

So please clarify which you are talking about and we'll see if we can provide better help.
