My mum bought a blackberry 9300 second hand. It was on t-mobile but we had it unlocked and are now using an active giffgaff sim card. However, it will not allow her to send / receive calls or texts. Her internet, bbm, emails etc are all working fine. She has full signal bar and it is picking up her network. I have checked that the phone is deffinately unlocked. I have tried the sim card in my blackberry and it works just fine so I can only presume it is something wrong with the handset? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
