Well thats not a problem..
maybe your Blackberry ID account is being used in another Blackberry if you have another one
i think everything is working fine with the BBM 7..
if anyno do still have question regrading their own problems i would love to help you all out .

If its about associating Blackberry ID
Well as I've mentioned maybe your blackberry ID is being used by another blackberry phone.
The only way to get it fixed is to make a new account and you have to completely wipe your phone so you can re-enter your new blackberry ID and have bbm 7 working perfectly.

youre very welcome, well i do refer to security wipe if your blackberry ID is used also into another blackberry
but you would do me a favor by explaining to me why do you want ot security wipe if BBM 7 worked for you?
And well yes of course you can restore or back up your files by choosing the options that are given before you porceed to wipe your blackberry. therefore for more secure use Blackberry desktop software ot backup your files and save them into your computer and import them back after the wipe.
So you dont have ot worry about this you have too many solutions for that byut ill be waiting for an answer due to why you need to wipe it up
