I got my BlackBerry 9320 on Tuesday (Christmas Day) and it worked great for the first two and a half days. Yesterday afternoon, my BlackBerry became disconnected from my NETGEAR WiFi (not sure how) and when I try to reconnect it to my NETGEAR WiFi it says 'Failed to associate with the network.' I have the option to connect to BTWiFi and BTWiFi-with-FON but you appear to have to pay for both of them, and I don't want to and can't afford to pay for WiFi when I have my own. The only other option I have is my neighbour's internet which I can't use because it's password protected. Nothing has changed with my Netgear WiFi box and it's still providing internet to the computers. How do I make my BlackBerry connect to it again? I've tried removing the NETGEAR connection from saved networks and then reconnecting it again by entering the password but it comes up with the same error still. I've also tried unticking mobile network and WiFi and it still doesn't work. It also says to check that wireless network is connected if I try to go to BlackBerry App World. If you could help me on this problem, I would really appreciate it, thank you.
