I have purchased a BB9330. Now for last few days I am observing that the phone is heated abnormally and battery of the phone is full drained up within 4-5 hours after full charge. I have tried power recycle of phone but no improvement found. Also check there are no application or Wi-Fi is running all time at phone. Please provide me the support and solve the issue.
I more thing one error message comes to my phone "Uncaught exception : Application net_rim_bb_profiles_alertengine_app (309) is not responding; process terminated." is there any solution for the same??

To resolve this issue could you please try to first back up all your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and then perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. For further steps, please see the following KB articles.

Please do a selective restore as shown here in this KB article: "How to use BlackBerry Desktop Software to restore data to a BlackBerry smartphone from a backup file" http://bbry.lv/14yTCPK Make sure to restore essential data only such as contacts and calendar.
