9360 user guide troubleshooting tips

You can set your BlackBerry smartphone to turn off while you aren't using it for an extended period, like when you sleep. Data you receive when the smartphone is turned off automatically updates when the smartphone turns on.1.On the home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.2.
Click Device > Auto On/Off.3.
In the Weekday or Weekend section, select the Enabled checkbox.4.
Specify the times when your smartphone should turn on and turn off on weekdays and weekends.
5.Press the key > Save.

Delete WhatsApp from your 9360 for a couple of days to determine if this is the actual cause...

Options > Advanced > Applications. Delete WhatsApp.

Observer the next 2-3 days and let us know.

You can always easily reinstall WhatsApp later.
