Blackberry 9500 Cutting Out Intermittently

 I have a customer who has a Blackberry Storm 9500 and they have advised that quite a few times it cuts out after connecting to an incoming call.


Can you please advise if this is a know issue or if there is a software update that could be carried out to correct this?


If not any advise is gratefully received.
