Blackberry 9790 switches off on full battery

Hi,

I am facing a problem with my BB 9790. The phone switches off by itself (even when the battery shows as fully charged) and then switches back on (on its own) and a few minutes later switches off - it keeps doing that. The only way it doesn't switch off is if its connected to a charger. The minute I take it off the charger, it starts acting weird.

I gave it to a service centre twice and they couldn't find a problem.

I don't know what to do!! Please help!

You can reload the os to fix it.You need a computer and need to load desktop manager to do it.Have your carrier connect you to rim tech help to do it.Call your carrier and ask for the tech support.
