ya i have problem with 9810 too.i dont know what to do anymore.it was fixed when i wipe and upload software,but everytime the battery dead,the problem happened again,i cant stand this to keep wiping and uploading software to make the phone 'live' ;(

U can try wiping the device and reload software,then if there a popup about built in media,just format it dont repair it because the problem will happened again,our bb os 7 is in real crisis,some expert say we have to permanently disable the Built-in Media Storage/ Disable NAND Flash and Repair EFS corrupt.It sound hard,but i will start working it out.
