Had my phone for under a year and suddenly it won't connect to the Blackberry Enterprise Server. Had Rogers (service provider) to check it out and they said everything is fine on their end. My data seems to be working as I can use BBM, internet, facebook etc. But cannot make phone calls (authorization failure) and when I try to text it sends me back "Request Facility not subscribed". Help??
Most people mention resending service books but I am not sure how to do that..

To answer your secondary question, to resend the service books you go to your homescreen and follow Setup>Email Accounts>(Menu Key)>Service Books>Resend Service Books.
