Re: Blackberry 9900 frozen on software update

I can't exactly find one unique to my situation though.

I have my phone still plugged in with BB update half finished on the reboot section whilst my phone still says App Error 602.

Do I unplug it or will that screw up my BB?

I don't think it will but you might want contact http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/435

I think it should default to the original setup.

Re: Blackberry 9900 frozen on software update

I performed this ugrade as well.  Took 13 hours.  Once it was done, and finally came back, my screen was all white and my icons are super small.  Can't really use my phone.  I can't even restore it because the computer won't even recognize it anymore.  Any suggestions?

Numerous times. Even contacted technical support for my service provider who doesn't seem to be able to help. I was hoping someone else had found a solution. Looking like switching phones might be the easiest way to get out of this mess.

Nerdzz87, you talked about getting your 9900 flashed.  Please advise how to do that.

If you're running Windows try rebooting the computer and switching USB ports. Ya never know.

That sometimes happens if you had a previous theme installed and it is no longer accessible.

Start up your 9900 in Safe Mode

Does it appear correct in Safe Mode?
