Blackberry 9900 ringtones, messages and alarm clock sounds not working

From 2 weeks ago my blackberry 9900 ringtones, messages and alarm clock sounds not working. vibrating only..when restart device same..I already wipe device and update new version. but still same..But when I remove battery and restart it's ok. All working. After 2 hours again no sounds.. Device settings all ok. My current version software update is 7.1.0 bundle 2061.And my music player & phone calls sounds working as usual.can you help me..

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
Although you have already done a security wipe and a software update, I would suggest backing up your data again and doing a clean reload of your BlackBerry Device Software. For the steps, please see the following KB articles.

For Windows:

For Mac:

Please test to make sure the issue with ringtones and notifications has been resolved before restoring your backup file.

I did your suggestion..and I gave my phone to blackberry dealer.They were done software update and replaced phone speaker. But after 1 week problem came again. so I dont have any idea what to do futher..

And if I turn off device and switch on, problem same. But when I remove battery and turn on again, it's ok..all sounds are working..but after 2 or 3 hours sound doesn't work.
