Blackberry App Error 200

Unfortunately today my blackberry came up with the app error 200 when I turned my phone off with the only option being 'reset'. Upon pressing the reset button my blackberry started to boot up again but just before it finished resetting itself it came up with the app error 200 again. I am now stuck in a loop where my blackberry resets, gets to the app error 200 and then resets again. Can anyone help me with this please?
