Blackberry App World Broken?

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this so hopefully someone else has an idea.

Currently using a Blackberry Bold 9900 with 7.0 bundle 1355 (I actually was hoping maybe an OS update would come out to fix this issue but it has been so long now and my provider has no ideas)


A while back (Oct?) Blackberry App World (older version) for lack of a better term crashed (just hung)

I uninstalled and reloaded App World (and more updated versions) with no success

I have pulled battery

I have changed SIM card

I even changed SD card (thinking maybe some download program was corrupt on card) 

Nothing seems to help


When I go into app world there are missing menus and settings in App World

If I try to click on My World I get error message "There is an issue with current session. Please login to continue. Error ID 30702" but there is NO options to login (the menu has dissapeared from where it used to be!)


Someone help?
